Welcome to Viteri. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, milenaviteri.com (the “Site”), and your purchase of products from Viteri USA Corp., doing business as Viteri (“Viteri,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our Site, placing an order, or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Online Store Terms

Viteri collections are produced in limited quantities. Certain pieces, sizes, colors, prints, or collections may sell out and may not be restocked.

Availability displayed on our Site is subject to change without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or guarantee the item until your order has been successfully completed and accepted.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products offered or purchased.

3. Product Representation

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including their colors, fabrics, prints, textures, construction, and details.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, photography, and other factors outside of our control.

Certain fabrics, prints, washes, textures, and materials may also have natural or intentional variations between individual pieces. Print placement may vary from garment to garment and is not considered a product defect.

4. Sizing & Fit

Sizing and fit may vary depending on the design, fabric, construction, and intended fit of each Viteri piece.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before placing an order.

If you require a different size after receiving your order, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. Size exchanges require prior approval and are subject to inventory availability.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory discrepancies
• Duplicate or unusually large orders
• Suspected resale or commercial purchasing activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will issue any refund required for the canceled portion of the order to the original payment method.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, promotional, product-description, or other errors.

If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you to provide available options or cancel the affected item or order and issue any applicable refund.

7. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shipping estimates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or missing packages are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Because Viteri products are produced in limited quantities, replacements may not be available.

8. Returns, Refunds & Size Exchanges

All sales are final except as otherwise provided in our Return & Exchange Policy or required by applicable law.

Viteri does not generally offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering the wrong item.

We may accommodate size exchanges when inventory permits, but all exchanges must be requested and approved by Viteri before an item is returned.

An exchange is not guaranteed simply because a different size is requested.

9. Order Issues

Every Viteri piece is carefully inspected for quality and condition prior to packaging and shipment.

If you believe you received an incorrect item or there was an issue with your order that was present upon delivery, you must contact us within the timeframe specified in our Return & Exchange Policy and provide the requested information and photographs.

Issues resulting from wear, washing, alterations, improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, accidental damage, or other circumstances occurring after delivery are not considered issues present at the time of delivery.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content appearing on the Site is owned by or licensed to Viteri, including but not limited to:

• Garment designs
• Original prints and artwork
• Product photographs
• Campaign imagery
• Videos
• Graphics
• Logos
• Branding
• Website design elements
• Written copy and descriptions

Nothing on this Site grants you permission to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit, or otherwise use Viteri’s protected content except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written authorization.

Unauthorized commercial use of Viteri’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
