Shipping Policy

All Viteri orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking status after your package has been accepted.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Viteri is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or otherwise unable to be located while in the carrier’s possession.

Many Viteri pieces are produced in limited quantities or as limited-edition drops and may not be available for replacement. For this reason, Viteri does not guarantee replacements, refunds, or store credit for packages lost or stolen after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household, neighbors, your building’s mailroom or front desk, and the shipping carrier.

If a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will provide any information reasonably available to us to assist you with filing or pursuing a claim with the applicable shipping carrier. Assistance with a carrier investigation or claim does not guarantee reimbursement or replacement from Viteri.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Viteri is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible in order to update any information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delivered Packages

Once a carrier marks a package as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, Viteri is not responsible for theft, loss, or inability to locate the package.
