Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Viteri pieces. Due to the limited nature of our collections and the small quantities produced for each drop, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

We understand, however, that sizing does not always work out as expected. For this reason, we may accommodate size exchanges when inventory allows.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

All exchanges must be requested and approved by Viteri before an item is sent back. Please do not send an item back without prior authorization.

Because our pieces are produced in limited quantities and frequently sell out, size exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We will confirm whether your requested size is available before approving your exchange.

To be eligible for an approved size exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, body odor, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging attached or included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with a size exchange unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to an error on our part.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an approved exchange. Viteri is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while in transit to us.

No Refunds

Viteri does not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, ordering the wrong item or size, or any other reason unrelated to an error or defect on our part.

Approved size exchanges are exchange only and do not qualify for a refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Every Viteri piece is carefully inspected for quality and condition prior to packaging and shipment.

If you believe you have received an incorrect item or there is an issue with your order that was present upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, original tags, and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Please note that normal variations in fabric, print placement, texture, color, or other characteristics inherent to the materials used are not necessarily considered defects.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale, including certain promotional, discounted, sample, or special-release items, are not eligible for size exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned to Viteri without prior approval will not be accepted for an exchange or refund.

Viteri reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
